[NCARC] Backup Batteries

Hi everybody,

I'm offering a backup battery setup free for the taking. My initial offer is
to NCARC members but if I don't hear from a club member in a few days,
anyone can have them. This is the set that was used for the WA0BAG digi
before it was taken down.

Also available is the charger, cabling, battery test report and the
Operating & Service Instructions for the charger.
