Looks to me like NCARC needs to approach the City of Loveland and tell 
them we'd like to reactivate the McMillan building in 2005 

In fact, that suggestion was made a couple of meetings ago. I'm sure we'll 
want to reevaluate Superfest after the 2004 event and decide what to do in the 
future. If it turned out well at the Ranch, we should leverage that and make 
Superfest the hot swapfest in the state. If not, we can go back to the mediocre 
turnouts that have characterized Superfest the last couple of years.
