[NCARC] Should we have a Superfest this year?

Folks,

On most everybody's mind is the economy and the lingering effects of
9/11. I believe recreational and hobby activities have take more of a
back seat to these concerns. Some evidence of that is the deep
discount sales pricing of new amateur radio equipment. (Kenwood
TS-2000's are offered with a $500 coupon!)

So I asked the question at the meeting, should we have a Superfest? Do
you think we'll get the attendance we need? I'm concerned. So I'll ask
that same question here, give it some thought and share your ideas.
