[MVMA] AREDN equipment and services at the DARA clubhouse.

Chuck,

I assume that I am the one who lives closest to the DARA clubhouse as it is 5 minutes from my house. I can probably assume maintenance of those items. My main obstacle is access. I don’t have a fob myself.
