[MVMA] AREDN equipment and services at the DARA clubhouse.

The hAP-ac-lite has not been booted for over 2 years, so
its firmware is quite old.

Would someone 'close to' or someone that 'occasionally visits' the clubhouse
assume management/maintenance of these resources?

The only service I find still available is the PBX.
I assume the only active extension is the phone in the meeting room.
The phone in the meeting room defaults to dialing out via 
w8bi-pbx.local.mesh.
Would someone test the phone at DARA to see if it will dial out to any 
other extension.

Is it 'intuitively obvious to the most casual of observer' how to 
dial-out with the
AREDN phone in the clubhouse.
