Hi, Tyler:

I recall that Moe AB8XA had some information on that posted somewhere.
My original 2 IP phones (Nortel) could not be programmed to download a 
whitepages.
By the time I got a Grandstream, I already had the raspberry-pbx and
used that PBX's features instead.
