Glad you got that worked out finally. I currently have 200/200 Mbps with Metronet and have been very happy with that. When my wife and I were on Spectrum previously, I experienced connectivity issues and larger downloads would fail. Additionally, our ping with Metronet is much lower (10 ms or less usually). Of course, that depends on the server you’re pinging.

The one downside of Metronet is that they use CGNAT, so you don’t get a public IP address unless you pay a little extra.
