[MVMA] My internet and new Clinton County IP phones

My internet is awful; 9 Mbps down, 11 Mbps up.
Technician is scheduled on Thursday 8-9 AM.

I found some new IP phones advertised located on Clinton County nodes.

Paul  wb8zzr-Ph  X1414, Dial-by-callsign 73#,8997 (8zzr) ; This is a new 
hostname
Mark  WX8A-Ph    x????, Dial-by-callsign 73#,9982 (wx8a) ; This is a new 
hostname
Mark  kd8dgh-Ph, x????, Dial-by-callsign 73#,8334 (8dgh) ; This is a new 
hostname

Registered phones at nc8q-raspbx can direct dial Clinton County by their 
extension, 14XX.
