    may send and receive WINLINK.ORG (b) email. In the event of a local
    internet outage, email
    can be routed via a 1200 baud AX.25 RF circuit to a station in
    Cincinnati.
    
     A Winlink© client application is not needed, only a web browser and
    access to the local AREDN network.
    
    (a) Must be registered at NC8Q BBS
      .
          Access is via web browser:
        http://nc8q-bpq.local.mesh:8008/Webmail or
             NC8Q-10 1200 baud AX.25 on 145.01 MHz (subject to QSY).
      (b) Must be registered at
        winlink.org.
