Amateur Radio Stations on the local MVMA AREDN network registered at NC8Q-BPQ BBS (a)
may send and receive WINLINK.ORG (b) email. In the event of a local internet outage, email
can be routed via a 1200 baud AX.25 RF circuit to a station in Cincinnati.

 A Winlink© client application is not needed, only a web browser and access to the local AREDN network.

(a) Must be registered at NC8Q BBS .
    Access is via web browser: http://nc8q-bpq.local.mesh:8008/Webmail or
     NC8Q-10 1200 baud AX.25 on 145.01 MHz (subject to QSY).
(b) Must be registered at winlink.org.
