2.4 Omni at MVHS is still active.

It does look like that device is supported by the AREDN firmware.

Also, I still have the 2.4 GHz Nanostation loaner kit we were going to try out before Covid hit. I could try that at your place to see if we can get to MVHS, but I am not sure there are any 2.4 nodes pointed your way?

Thanks!

Go to AREDN mesh page under Software to see what devices are supported. You have to install new special mesh firmware.

Arednmesh.org

It will have to be installed high up. Won't go through trees. It must have an Ethernet connection. Power is supplied over the Ethernet.

Thanks!

Hi,

A dish would not be stealthy since I need to put it high and close to the house. HOA and wife most likely will have an issue because of height and/ or location

Any reason I can not use the following to get started:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N2RO63U/ref=olp_aod_early_redir?_encoding=UTF8 <https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N2RO63U/ref=olp_aod_early_redir?_encoding=UTF8&aod=1> &aod=1

Do all of the options require an outdoor ethernet connection as well as power?
