It does look like that device is supported by the AREDN firmware.

Also, I still have the 2.4 GHz Nanostation loaner kit we were going to try
out before Covid hit. I could try that at your place to see if we can get
to MVHS, but I am not sure there are any 2.4 nodes pointed your way?
