[MVMA] BARC Mesh Setup

Hi,

I spoke with Fred and he is going to talk to the Bellbrook Public Works
people about getting us access to the water tanks at the top of the hill.
Once we have that, can we do some tests to see if we can reach BARC and
then also MVHS? Do we have some test equipment?

Bill, do you have previous test results or photos/data from the tanks? Is
the ladder on the outside?
