[MVMA] Mesh and 2019 Simulated Emergency Test (SET) 5 Oc

Ike did a pretty good job of knocking out power in our area. Although some did not lose power I was with out power for 7 days. Gas station were shut down due to no power, so refilling a gas can to run a generator would not work. 
The repeater under my callsign has enough battery power to run about 8 hours 100% duty. The building it is in has a motor / generator that starts up on loss of power. The repeater is not on  the motor generator, but a long extension cord could resolve. The three phase line the building is on has a hospital on it as well. As such it is a high priority to restore. It would likely never go off unless it lost its antenna. 
The mesh location at the Miami Valley Hospital South, would also be a high priority for restoring power. The hospital likely has back up power. The question would be is the mesh on a backed up line?

  I think it is quite a stretch of the imagination to assume a long term power outage
 over the entire OHD3ARES. That would be extremely rare. In this case evacuation
 would be appropriate.
