[MVMA] 2019 Simulated Emergency Test (SET) 5 October 2019

Mesh can be used as long as the whole network is battery operated and no internet or similar service is utilised.

The scenario is that all mains power has been out for an extended time and all commercial sites and premesis have run out of generator fuel.
