I wonder........

7:48 is typically a high-useage time for the ATV repeater.  Prior to
installing the bandpass filter on the DARA 2.4 node, the ATV repeater would
swamp the 2.4 node, and cause AGC pumping.  The AGM5 is further down the
tower .... with much more vertical separation ... but unlike the Titanium
Bullet, is in a plastic enclosure.

Assuming the AGM5 responds to a physical reset, it may be worthwhile to
watch it's performance when the ATV digital and analog carriers are on the
air.

If the ATV signal IS the issue, I don't know what we can do about it.
Would seem wise to solve this problem before installing the XWARN link
hardware.
