MVMA 'Loaner Mesh Kit'
Would it be viable for MVMA to maintain a 'Loaner Mesh Kit' that a
prospective
mesher without the means of placing a device at => 40' agl could borrow? (1)
e.g. A 'MikroTik hAP ac lite Dual-concurrent Access Point
(RB952Ui-5ac2nD-US)'
configured as an Access Point, LAN, WAN, telephone(2), and tunnel client
enabled and
configured to a MVMA mesh node with enabled tunnel server.
(1) Aside: I cannot fathom anyone attempting high speed microwave networking
spanning more than 300 meters without the immediate means of placing an
antenna => 40' agl. However, this may occur. Thus the 'tunnel'
specification.
(2) IP or 'soft' telephone.
