[MVMA] Mesh Discussion Net

The 2 meter mesh discussion net originally had two purposes:

1. To encourage those who might hang around after the GCARES voice and 
data nets to get involved in mesh. As Phil notes, it used to be very 
active and interesting.

2. To keep up to date the majority of MVMA members, i.e. those not on 
the mesh.

It is still the only non-internet, RF-based means of most MVMA members 
communicating. That applies me and JJ. IMO, it will be a long time 
before "mesh" in the Miami Valley can be that.

If you don't want to be net control and make it interesting again, 
perhaps someone else will. I would volunteer except there are times my 
HT can't get into the repeater.
