  Yes, a new thread would be appropriate.
Since AREDN's OLSR is not 'tuneable', perhaps this issue is not within 
the scope of MVMA.

A group of Amateur Radio operators promoting high speed(1) Wireless

firmware* in the Miami Valley (‘Greater Dayton’). Specifically the
