[MVMA] My link to MVHS: currently

My link to MVHS is down. I think I swapped a bad POE injector with the one that was powering my 3GHz node. Now, the MVHS Omni is in service, but my 3GHz node is down. I only have
tunnel links now. Services may be slow.

 I suggest that the MVMA replaces the bad POE injector at MVHS and put my POE back on my 3GHz node. I can assist Tuesday or later next week.

So, there may have been no firmware upgrade glitches, just a flaky POE.
