[MVMA] Over the air upgrades

For whomever would like to do an OTA upgrade to AREDN v3.18.9.0,
I have enabled 'Mesh gateway'.

Oh,  by the way, the just released 'Stable' version is available.

Remember:
Tunnels deactivated
WAN IP = DHCP
Reboot
Upgrade
