[MVMA] VandaliaWT Bullet M2: firstboot without 'keep settings'

I tried that twice on DARA with no luck so that told me 
it didn’t get rid of / fix the problem.

I’m starting to wonder if their might not be anything wrong with Vandalia 
and what I was seeing was an increasingly larger drop in LQ for each 
neighbored node.
