[MVMA] VandaliaWT Bullet M2: firstboot without 'keep settings'

  Until we get physical access to the current device at Vandalia,
we could try a 'firstboot'.

  Uncheck the 'keep settings' box.

  While powered up for several minutes or more, hold the reset button 
for 15 seconds.

  Access the node on 192.168.1.1 and reconfigure.

  I didn't know about this at my last visit.

  I think there may be a command line item to initiate a 'firstboot'.
