To All: I will be at the BARC Field Day site tomorrow morning at a about
9:00 to set up the mesh link and "mesh table". If all goes well, that means
I will:
. Set up a 5 GHz NS to NS link from the school house to the picnic
pavilion hosting the BARC field Day
. Assure I have a working tunnel from the School House Air Router to
my QTH
. Set up the large MVMA TV display at the pavilion, with a laptop to
display the mesh, and particularly, TeamTalk.

This plan is contingent on BARC doing Field Day from the park. as they have
in past years. If more rain causes flooding in the park, they will likely
move Field Day ops into the School House Club room, and I presume our mesh
table will move with it.

If Bob Baker is able to make a mesh connection from the DARA/XWARN Field Day
site at Station 61 in Beavercreek, we will attempt to include them in the
TeamTalk show-and-tell.

I could use some help in link setup, testing, and demonstrating the TeamTalk
capability.
. Help at BARC between 9:00am and Noon in installing and aligning
the nodes, and in assuring the Tunnel is working properly.
. Testing: From about 11:00 to 1:00pm to assure we have a useable
connection supporting TeamTalk. Test the TeamTalk connections to your
homes.
. Demonstrating: From about 1PM to about 7PM.. help demonstrating
TeamTalk with you participating from your home QTH.
. Help at BARC, and with TeamTalk checkins, from 7PM Saturday to
Noon on Sunday. just doing show and tell. If no one is available to
mother-hen the mesh table on Sunday, I will breakdown and remove on Saturday
evening.

Please contact me at the cell number below if you are able to help with any
of these tasks...

Thanks

Bill
