[MVMA] Xenia 2nd Street

My reliability to be able to reach N8JJ and AB8XA has gotten much worse.

Omnis N8NQH, MVHS, and KAS seem to be able to power through the QRM.

N8NQH-NSM5-at-N8DCP is ETx 3.7 yet I cannot link to it:
