[MVMA] Xenia 2nd Street

The 2.4 omni at W. 2nd St was replaced today.  New node seems to be doing
very well.

The NS M5 at that site was also re-aimed from due west, to north-west.  It
no longer sees N8NQH.  I changed channel to 182, and it now sees the WA8APB
NS aimed at XWARN Xenia North, with a 15 db S/N.
