  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 345 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newark, Elkton, Elsmere, Kennett Square, North East, West Grove,
  Charlestown, Blake, Barksdale, Stanton, North Star, Glasgow, Bear,
  Brantwood, Pike Creek, Fair Hill, Glen Westover, Bay View, Ashland
  and Greenville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 9.
