The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 238 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Laureldale, Topton, Leesport, Lyons
  and Lenhartsville.

This includes Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 35
and 44.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
