The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Northeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one and one-half inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch,
  Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Somerset, Edison, Lakewood, Middletown,
  Old Bridge, Bensalem, Jackson, Howell, East Brunswick, South
  Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick and Marlboro.

This includes the following highways...
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 83 and 134.
 Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 34.
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 12.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 51 and 67.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 37 and 40.
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 6 and 13.
 Pennsylvania Turnpike near exit 353.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
