...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY...

At 345 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Newmanstown, or
near Myerstown, moving northeast at 15 mph.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 22 and 27.
 Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 10 and 11.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
