  East central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  1-2 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Laureldale, Leesport, Fairview Hgts, Spring
  Ridge, West Reading, Mount Penn, St. Lawrence, Wyomissing Hills,
  West Lawn, Reiffton, Whitfield, Lorane, West Wyomissing and Amity
