NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened. Therefore, the
warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
eastern and southeastern Pennsylvania.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM EDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL BERKS...NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND WESTERN BUCKS
COUNTIES...

At 542 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Bally to Fleetwood, moving southeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pottstown, Kutztown, Fleetwood, East Greenville, Topton, Bally,
Bechtelsville, Green Lane, Lyons, Geryville, Gilbertsville,
Boyertown, Pennsburg, Red Hill, Pottsgrove, Halfway House and
Sanatoga.

This includes Northeast Extension between mile markers 37 and 41.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
