The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 543 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville,
  Westtown, Downingtown, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square, Oxford,
  Parkesburg, North East, West Grove, Rising Sun, Honey Brook,
  Newport, Arden and Glen Roy.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 21.
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 96 and 109.
 Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 3 and 4.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
