The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  South central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen west of Alburtis in
  Lehigh County.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson,
  Hellertown, Nazareth, Palmerton, Slatington, Bath, Walnutport,
  Topton, West Easton, Steuben, Glendon, Neffs, Coffeetown and New
  Tripoli.

This includes the following highways...
 Northeast Extension between mile markers 49 and 72.
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 41 and 67, and
between mile markers 72 and 73.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
