The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 835 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset,
  Edison, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, Sayreville, North
  Brunswick, Carteret, Dover, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East
  Hanover, Lincoln Park, Bound Brook and Manville.

This includes the following highways...
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 121 and 133.
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 54.
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 19 and 42.
 Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 28 and 48.
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 10 and 12.
