  Southwestern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until noon EDT.

* At 759 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding across low lying and poor drainage areas. Up to one
  inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Trenton, Bensalem, South Brunswick, Ewing, Princeton, Florence,
  Burlington, Bristol, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram,
  Bedminster, Jamesburg, Hightstown, Flemington, Chalfont, Tinicum,
  Bordentown and Cranbury.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 8.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 48 and 76.
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 7 and 19.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 35 and 40.
