* Until 1045 AM EDT.

* At 647 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one
  inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill,
  Mount Laurel, Norristown, Chester, Willingboro, Deptford, West
  Deptford, Glassboro, Lindenwold, Lansdale, West Norriton, East
  Norriton, Pennsville, Bellmawr, Yeadon and Woodbury.

 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 48.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 34.
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 4.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 19 and 23.
 Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 19.
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between exits 333 and 343.
 Northeast Extension near exit A20.
 Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
 Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
 Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
