* Until 1045 AM EDT.

* At 641 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Rain rates exceeding an inch per hour are occurring
  with storms in Queen Anne's County. This will cause minor flooding
  in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Smyrna, Milford, Denton,
  Centreville, Harrington, Romancoke, Camden, Clayton, Greensboro,
  Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, Trappe, St. Michaels, Church Hill and
