The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  East central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 529 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to 1-2 inches of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Barnegat, Beachwood, Brookville, Warren Grove, Bamber Lake,
  Chatsworth, Old Halfway, Penn State Forest, Ocean Acres and
  Waretown.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 67 and 79.
