...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL OCEAN COUNTY...

At 501 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Brookville, or
8 miles southwest of Toms River, moving east at 20 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Barnegat, Beachwood, Brookville, Bamber Lake, Waretown and Ocean
Acres.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 67 and 79.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
