...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTY...

At 1214 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Point Pleasant
Beach, or 8 miles south of Asbury Park, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Long Branch, Asbury Park, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Allenwood,
Elberon, Ramtown, Point Pleasant, Neptune City, Brielle, Spring Lake
Heights, Bradley Beach, Spring Lake, Avon-By-the-sea, Sea Girt, Bay
Head, Interlaken, Deal, Allenhurst and Loch Arbour.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 94 and 98.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
