  Northwestern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  North central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  North central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  South central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 511 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated multiple rounds of
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash
  flooding is expected to begin shortly in areas that receive
  repetitive rounds of heavy rain. The Flood Advisory has been
  upgraded to a Flash Flood Warning.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Easton, Newton, Bethlehem, Hopatcong, Forks, Emmaus,
  Northampton, Hackettstown, Wilson, Washington, Blairstown,
  Hellertown, Nazareth, Palmerton, Bangor, Mount Arlington, Franklin,
  Slatington and High Bridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
