The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms, with up to one inch estimated by Doppler radar in a
  few locations. Additional thunderstorm activity through the
  evening hours could produce another one-half to one inch of rain.
  This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory
  area. Roadway and poor draining flooding are the primary
  concerns.

* Some locations that could experience minor flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Wilmington, Newark, Chester, Yeadon, Folcroft,
  Swarthmore, Elsmere, National Park, East Lansdowne, Newport, Arden,
  Darby Township, Stanton, Morris Park, Talleyville, Elam, Bryn Mawr,
  Trout Lake and Chelsea.
