The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 AM EDT.

* At 117 AM EDT, gauge reports in southern Berks County and northern
  Montgomery County indicated elevated water levels on small streams
  in the area as a result of thunderstorms late Sunday evening.
  Doppler radar indicated additional shower activity moving in from
  the northwest, which could increase these water levels before
  conditions improve toward morning. A flood advisory has therefore
  been issued for the area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Souderton, Collegeville,
  Royersford, Fleetwood, Laureldale, Trappe, East Greenville, Topton,
  Schwenksville, Bally, Bechtelsville, Green Lane, Lyons, Spring
  Mount, Gilbertsville, Skippack and Stowe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
