The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 1252 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain associated with
  thunderstorm activity in western Berks County. These thunderstorms
  were moving east at 40 MPH. This rain is in addition to over 2
  inches that fell earlier tody over this same area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton,
  Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bernville, Lyons, Strausstown,
  Lenhartsville, Fairview Hgts, Spring Ridge and Centerport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
