...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of northern Delaware,
northeast Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania has been
cancelled.

Rain and showers will continue to affect the area
through this afternoon into this evening and will continue to
result in rises on rivers and streams. Urban, small stream, and
poor drainage flooding could occur in spots but additional rain
amounts are not expected to be enough to cause flash flooding.
