The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 1108 AM EDT, the gauge on the Manocacy Creek in Bethlehem
  remained above flood stage. This was due to locally heavy rain
  that fell overnight. Water levels on the creek are beginning to
  subside, but are still expected to remain above flood stage into
  the afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
