  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 631 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause some flooding in the advisory
  area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen in the areas of
  heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Easton, Newton, Bethlehem, Hopatcong, Forks,
  Emmaus, Wyomissing, Northampton, Hackettstown, Wilson, Washington,
  Blairstown, Hellertown, Nazareth, Bangor, Birdsboro, Franklin and
  Kutztown.
