The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 414 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in North Catasauqua
  due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
  flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Wyomissing,
  Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Nazareth, Bangor, Birdsboro,
  Kutztown, Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale and Pen Argyl.

Additional rainfall of up to half an inch is expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
