The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 208 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen just south of
  Hollywood Beach.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Cecilton, Hollywood Beach and Cayots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
